We use two categories of cookies on neatspacecare.com:

Category 2 — Analytics cookies (consent required)
We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website. These cookies are not set unless you actively accept them via the cookie banner. They are used to produce aggregated, anonymised reports — not to track you individually or to target advertising.
If no analytics tool is in use (as is the case at launch if none is configured in site.php), no analytics cookies are set regardless of consent.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them in future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be sought before they are set.
3. How to manage your cookie preferences
When you first visit neatspacecare.com, a cookie banner appears. You can:
- Accept all — strictly necessary cookies continue; analytics cookies are enabled.
- Accept necessary only — only strictly necessary cookies are set.
Your choice is stored for 12 months in the cookie_consent cookie. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page.
Non-essential scripts (analytics) are not loaded until you have given explicit consent. There are no pre-ticked boxes.
4. Third-party cookies
At the current time, we do not embed third-party scripts that set their own cookies beyond what is described in Section 2. If third-party analytics or mapping tools are added in future, this policy will be updated.
5. Browser controls
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies or delete existing cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will affect the functioning of the website.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.
