Tree Services
Whether a tree has outgrown its space, sustained storm damage, or is threatening a structure — the safest next step is an assessment by someone who can give you a straight answer.
What a NeatSpaceCare tree services programme covers
- Tree assessment — health, structure, proximity to buildings, and any immediate safety concerns
- Crown reduction and shaping — removing volume while maintaining the tree's natural form
- Deadwooding — removing dead or diseased branches that present a fall risk
- Formative pruning for young trees to establish a healthy, balanced structure
- Full tree removal where necessary — safe felling with appropriate equipment
- Stump treatment or grinding to prevent regrowth and remove trip hazards
- Complete debris clearance and chipping on site — garden left tidy on completion
- Written assessment note after the visit, with any follow-up recommendations

Tree services tailored to your space
Assessment first, work second
We assess the tree before recommending any work. Sometimes the answer is a single deadwood removal visit. Sometimes it is nothing — and we will tell you that if it is true.
The whole job, done
Our tree work includes everything from the initial cut to the last piece of debris removed. We do not leave logs in the garden or a stump you have to deal with separately.
Pruning that preserves the tree
Correct pruning — the right cuts, at the right time — extends a tree's healthy life. Incorrect pruning damages the structure and invites disease.

How tree services starts
Assessment
We visit and assess the tree — health, structure, and the concern that prompted the enquiry. We give you a clear verbal summary on site.
Written Recommendation
We follow up with a written note confirming the recommendation and the fixed price. If removal is required, we specify the method.
Scheduled Work
We schedule the visit to suit you. For larger removal jobs, we confirm access and any adjacent property considerations in advance.
Completion and Clearance
Work is carried out safely. All debris is removed and chipped or taken away. We leave a brief note on what was done.

Questions about tree services
How do I know if a tree needs to be removed or just pruned?
The assessment tells us. Most trees that worry homeowners are manageable with correct pruning rather than removal. We give you an honest answer — not a default recommendation for the more expensive option.
My tree is close to the house — is it dangerous?
Proximity to a structure is a factor we assess — it does not automatically mean the tree is dangerous. We look at root spread, crown weight, health, and whether the species is prone to limb drop.
Do you need planning permission to remove a tree?
In Spain and many EU countries, trees above a certain size or in a conservation area require a permit before removal. We advise on the requirement; you are responsible for obtaining permission.
What do you do with the wood and debris?
All debris is chipped or removed from site. Large logs can be left for firewood if you want them — tell us in advance.
Can you prune trees that overhang a neighbour's property?
Branches can be pruned back to the boundary from your side. For larger work requiring access to the neighbour's garden, that access needs to be arranged by you in advance.
